【摘要】 目的　评价老年无功能性垂体腺瘤行经蝶窦显微手术的安全性和有效性。方法　回顾性分析 42例老年无功能性垂体腺瘤 ,经蝶窦显微外科治疗的临床资料 ,所有患者均在显微镜放大 8～1 0倍下切除肿瘤。结果　本组大腺瘤 30例 ,巨腺瘤 1 2例 ,全切除 2 7例 ,次全切除 1 0例 ,大部分切除 5例 ,术后无死亡。随访 6月～ 5年 ,肿瘤消失 2 0例 ,残瘤静止 7例 ,复发再手术 3例。结论　经过正确的围手术期处理 ,经蝶窦显微外科治疗老年无功能性垂体腺瘤是一种安全、有效的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the safety and effectiveness of transsphenoidal microsurgery on nonfunction pituitary adenomas in old patients.Methods 42 patients with nonfunction pituitary adenomas undergone transsphenoidal microsurgical therapy.Results There were 30 cases of macroadenomas and 12 giant adenomas. Total resection was achieved in 27 cases, subtotal in 10 cases, partial in 5 cases. No surgical mortality. During a follow up peroid of 6 months to 5 years, tumor disappeared in 20 cases, the residuary tumor was stable in 7 cases.Conclusions Transsphenoidal microsurgery is a safe and effective method for treatment of nonfunction pituitary adenomas in old patients. Peri operative management is very important.更多还原
