【摘要】 目的　介绍利用指屈肌腱术后综合功能康复器为指屈肌腱手术后进行功能康复的效果。方法　将 48例肌腱切割伤后作直接缝合者分成急诊手术组 (伤后 6h内 )、亚急诊手术组 (伤后 6～ 12h)及对照组 ( 1998至 1999年病例中随机采样 ) 3组 ,在术后早期 ( 1d～ 3周 )、中期 ( 4～ 6周 )、后期 ( 7～ 12周 )采用相应的康复措施。结果　术后随访 3个月 ,急诊手术组、亚急诊手术组的优良率比对照组提高了3 7.15 %和 11.3 6% (偄 =0 .0 1,偄 =0 .0 5 )。结论　综合功能康复器结构简单 ,功能齐全 ,操作规范 ,具有实用性和科学性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce treatment outcome using comprehensive function rehabilitation apparatus after surgery of flexor tendon in the hand. Methods Forty eight cases of tendon sharp laceration were divided into 3 groups: emergency group(within 2 hours after surgery), urgent group (12 hours after surgery) and control group (choosing the case randomly from 1998 to 1999).The corresponding rehabilitation measures were taken at earlier (1 d ～ 3w),middle(4 ～ 6w) and later stage(7 ～ 12w) after operation. Results Compared with the control group, the excellent and good rate in the emergency and urgent group improved by 37.15% and 11.36% on 3 month postoperative follow up. Conclusion The comprehensive function rehabilitation apparatus had advantages of simple structure, various function and easy to manipulate. It possesses practical and scientific value.更多还原
