【摘要】 目的　报道半环状邻指皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损的方法与疗效。方法　应用半环状邻指皮瓣修复手指背侧、掌侧、指腹皮肤缺损及手指末节脱套伤 2 8例。结果　术后 2 5例皮瓣完全存活 ,3例皮瓣部分坏死。术后随访 3～ 18个月 ,平均 6个月 ,皮瓣的血运、质地均良好。结论　半环状邻指皮瓣是修复手指皮肤缺损 ,尤其是手指末端脱套伤的理想皮瓣。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report the methods and treatment outcome of the half ring cross finger flap for repair of skin defect in fingers. Methods Twenty eight cases with skin defects on the dorsal and volar side of fingers, skin defect of finger pulp and degloving injury of the distal segment of fingers were repaired by the half ring cross finger flap. Results Twenty five flaps survived totally. There was partial necrosis in 3 cases. The follow up ranged from 3 to 18 months postoperatively with a mean of 6 months. The results showed the blood supplying and texture of flap was satisfactory. Conclusion The half ring cross finger flap was an optimal procedure for repair of skin defect of fingers, especially for degloving injury of the distal finger segment.更多还原
