【摘要】 目的　评价闭合骨折内固定术在手部掌、指骨骨折中的治疗效果。方法　对 5 4例手部掌、指骨新鲜闭合性骨折 ,采用手法整复、闭合克氏针内固定术治疗。术后平均随访 3～ 8个月 ,从患手的肌力、关节活动范围和影像学检查三方面进行评价。结果　术后X线片显示所有骨折均解剖复位 ,平均 3 8周拔除克氏针。最后 1次随访的X线片示 :5 4例的骨折均已骨性愈合。患指的关节活动范围、肌力与健侧无明显差异 ,未出现针道感染及肌腱粘连。全部病人均已恢复原来的工作。结论　在有X线仪监视条件的医院 ,对掌、指骨新鲜闭合性骨折 ,可首选闭合骨折内固定术 ,具有损伤小、固定确切的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the treatment outcome of the closed reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of the metacarpal and phalange fractures. Methods The fresh closed metacarpal and phalange fracture in 54 cases was treated by the manipulative reduction and closed k wire internal fixation. The average follow up was 3～8 months. The results were evaluated according to muscle strength, joint active range of motion and radiography examination. Results The x ray showed anatomical reduction occurred in all the fractures. After an average of 3.8 weeks, the k wire was removed. On the last follow up, X ray showed bone union in all 54 cases. There was no evident difference in range of motion and muscle power between the affected and normal side. There was no tract infection and tendon adhesion. All patients went back to the original work. Conclusion Closed internal fixation was a procedure of choice for the closed fresh fracture of the metacarpal and phalange under the radioautograph device, which have advantages of little injury and firm fixation.更多还原
