【摘要】 目的　介绍改进老年指甲旁滑液囊肿手术方法后其疗效明显提高。方法　对 17例手指指甲旁囊肿患者 ,将远侧指间关节处的甲旁滑囊连同皮肤彻底切除 ,采用中厚皮片一期游离植皮将创面完全覆盖 ,以免术后复发。结果　 17例患指伤口全部Ⅰ期愈合。术后随访 1年以上 ,无复发病例。结论　老年指甲旁滑液囊肿因手术切除不彻底或创面破溃等常导致复发。该术式将囊肿连同皮肤完全切除 ,行游离植皮术后创面无破溃或复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce modificd procedure for ageing paranail synovial cysts and rts improved treatment outcome.Methods Seventeen cases with paranail synovial cysts were involved in the study. Complete resection of paranail cyst and skin at the distal interphalangeal joint was carried out.Primary grafting of the midium thickness skin was done for resurfacing the wound.Results The primary wound healing was obtained in all cases. There was no recurence after more than one year period of follow up. Conclusion Recurence was common due to incomplete resection or skin ulcer in patients with the ageing paranail synovial cyst. After resection of the cyst and skin in combination with skin grafting, there was no skin ulcer and recurrrence.更多还原
