【摘要】 目的探讨人工血管旁路移植术治疗下肢慢性动脉缺血的临床疗效。方法对 1982年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 1月应用人工血管旁路移植术治疗下肢慢性动脉缺血的 76例患者进行回顾性分析。结果本组 1、3、5年一期累积通畅率分别为 77%、6 3%、5 3% ;二期累积通畅率分别为 94 %、74 %、6 6 % ;累积截肢率为 9 2 %。结论　人工血管重建术是治疗下肢慢性动脉缺血 ,挽救肢体 ,改善生活质量的有效方法之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical result of artificial graft bypass in the treatment of chronic lower limb ischemia. Methods Seventy six patients with lower extremity ischemia received artificial graft bypass procedures from January 1982 to January 2002. Results The primary graft patency rates in this series were 77%, 63%, and 53% in 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years, respectively. The secondary graft patency rates were 94%, 74%, and 66% in 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years, respectively. The accumulative amputation rate was 9.2%. Conclusion The artificial vascular graft is one of the effective methods for the treatment of lower extremity ischemia and the salvage of the limbs.更多还原
