【Abstract】 A capillary GC method with FID detector for determination of residual organic solvents——methanol, ethanol, acetone, ethyl ether and petroleum ether (60～90 ℃) in arbidol was established. An OV 101 capillary column (0.22 mm×30 m) was used with procedural column temperature control. Nitrogen gas was used as carrier gas. The detection limits were 5,5,3,3 and 10 ng, respectively. The calibration curves of the five solvents were linear ( r >0.997). The average recoveries were 99.4%, 101.6% ,101.1%,101.9% and 97.1%, respectively.更多还原
