【Abstract】 5-Isosorbide mononitrate (5 ISMN) sustained release tablets were prepared by the wet granulation method, using HPMC as skeleton material and octadecanol as retarding agent. Orthogonal design was used to optimize the formulation and the in vitro release rate was also examined. The prepared tablets possessed good sustained release properties.更多还原
