氨酚待因片处方工艺的优化
Optimized Formulation of Paracetamol and Codeine Phosphate Tablets
【摘要】 采用正交试验设计 ,优化了氨酚待因片的处方工艺 ,使制粒周期由每批 8h降至 2 h,产品质量符合中国药典2 0 0 0年版要求。
【Abstract】 The orthogonal design methods were adopted to optimize the formulation and technical parameters of paracetamol and codeine phosphate tablets. According to the optimization preparation, the granulation period per batch was shortened greatly from 8 h to 2 h. The resulted tablets met the requirements of ChP 2000.
