手性化合物包合常数的测定
Determination of Inclusion Constant of Enantiomers
【摘要】 测定了洛贝林和异丙嗪在水、6 mol/ L尿素水溶液、甲酰胺和 N ,N -二甲基甲酰胺 4种介质中的包合常数值。并对包合常数的变化规律以及此规律在手性分离中的应用进行了探讨。其数值分别由在水中的 10 2和 10 4数量级系统地降至在甲酰胺和 N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中的 10数量级。因此 ,在水相介质中手性选择剂的最佳分离浓度比在有机相介质中小 ,不易控制。
【Abstract】 The inclusion constants of lobeline and promethazine with β-CD were determined in the following four solvent systems: water, 6 mol/L urea aqueous solution, formamide (FA) and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF). The change law of the inclusion constant in these solvent systems and its application in chiral separation were investigated. The inclusion constant decreased systematically from 10 2 and 10 4 in water to 10 in FA and DMF, respectively. The result showed that the optimum CD concentration in aqueous media was lower than that in organic media and was difficult to control.
