倍他米松骨架型缓释贴片的处方筛选

【摘要】 采用改进型 Franz扩散池法进行人离体皮肤渗透实验 ,用 HPL C法测定倍他米松的皮肤渗透率 ,考察了不同浓度的不同促渗剂对倍他米松饱和溶液及其缓释贴片的体外经皮渗透速率的影响。结果表明 ,2 0 %单月桂酸甘油酯、6 %肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和 10 %油酸协同作用对其贴片有良好的促渗效果。倍他米松累积渗透量与时间呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9979)。

【Abstract】 The betamethasone content in sustained release patches was determined by HPLC. Modified Franz diffusion cells were used in percutaneous penetration experiment with human skin. The effects of several penetration enhancers with different concentration to in vitro transdermal penetrational velocity of betamethasone saturated solution and its sustained release patches were investigated. Results showed that the penetration effect of betamethasone patches could be improved obviously with the co-effect of 20% mono-laurin, 6% isopropyl myristate and 10% oleic acid. Linear relationship between accumulated per- meation of betmethasone and time was satisfactory( r =0.9979).
