【Abstract】 A RP HPLC method for the determination and dissolution of loxoprofen sodium tablets was presented. A Shim Pack ODS column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol water acetic acid triethylamine (600∶400∶1∶1), at the detection wavelength of 222 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5~100 μg/ml ( r =0.9999). The average recovery was 99.9% with RSD of 1.1%.更多还原
