【摘要】 目的　研究一种新的更有效的下颌角肥大矫治术。方法　对 8例下颌角肥大患者 ,施行口内入路下颌角外板矢状劈除矫治术。结果　经 6个月至 1年的随访 ,双下颌角间距明显缩小 ,双下颌角间距与双颧间距之比平均从 86.80 %下降到 80 .67% ,且升支与体部的角度变化不大 ,体表无瘢痕。结论　该法不仅有效地纠正了下颌角过宽 ,且手术后下颌角保持了自然柔和的外观 ,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate a new method for prominent mandib ul ar angle reduction. Methods Eight patients underwent oste ctomy of the lateral cortex around the mandibular angle by intraoral approach. esults After 6 months to 12 months follow-up, the bigon ial distance was effectively reduced, and the ratio of bigonial distance to bizy gomatic distance was decreased from 86.80 % to 80.67 %, but the change of the gonial angle was not so large. There was no scar on the skin. Conclus ion This new method is worthy to be applied widely because of the go od result with effective reduction of the mandibular width and well natural and gentle gonial angle keeping.更多还原
