【摘要】 目的　总结在过去 10年中治疗老年性上睑松垂和下睑袋的临床经验。方法　对本组 2 4例 ,年龄在 61～ 73岁表现有老年性上睑松垂者 ,经充分的术前准备 ,对无手术禁忌证者 ,根据具体情况采用相应的睑松垂成形术或 (和 )下睑袋修复术 ,结合眼轮匝肌瓣眶骨膜悬吊等步骤进行手术治疗 ,术后部分受术者随访 1年以上。结果　随访结果显示 ,所有受术者的眼睑外形已有明显改善 ,但局部皮肤的皱纹仍然存在 ,眼角的鱼尾纹还较明显。结论　睑皮肤松垂成形术和下睑袋修复术适合于治疗老年性睑皮肤松垂和下睑袋症 ,但必须结合眼轮匝肌瓣眶骨膜悬吊术等步骤 ,术后效果满意更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To propose some cosmetic surgery treatment pr in ciples based on the clinical experiences to correct the aged eyelid tissue relax ing in past ten years. Methods A total of 24 cases with eyelid tissue relaxing aged from 61-73 years were treated by means of the upper and lo wer blepharoplasty with some special procedures, as they were evaluated uniquel y and had no contraindication of operation. Results Several pat ients were followed up for more than 1 year. The results showed that the appear ances of all the patients were improved, but the skin wrinkles of the eyelid and the crow’s feet still existed. Conclusion The lower and upper blepharoplasty combined with some special procedures are viable and effective t o correct the aged eyelid tissue relaxing. The results of the operation are sati sfied by the patients.更多还原
