【摘要】 目的　评价经直肠超声 (TRUS)检查预测经尿道前列腺切除术 (TURP)疗效的意义。　方法　接受TURP的良性前列腺增生患者 5 2例 ,术前应用TRUS及尿动力学测定并计算相关指标。术后 3个月复查上述指标。　结果　手术前后IPSS、移行带体积、移行带指数 (TZI)、假定面积比 (PCAR)、最大尿流率 (Qmax)、阻力指数 (RI)、AG值比较差异均有显著性意义。PCAR、RI与ΔAG(AG术后 -AG术前)显著相关。PCAR、RI为ΔAG的相关因素 ,RI对ΔAG的影响强度约为PCAR的 3倍。RI≥ 0 .75的患者ΔAG明显高于RI <0 .75者 (P <0 .0 1)。　结论　TRUS测定RI能预测TURP的疗效 ,RI≥ 0 .75时术后疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the significance of prostate related factors by TRUS for predicting the outcome of TURP for BPH. Methods Data of 52 patients who had received TURP were studied pre- and 3 months postoperation. Results Significant changes between IPSS,volume of transitional zone,transitional zone index(TZI),presumed circle area ratio( PCAR),Qmax,resistive index(RI),AG of pre- and post-operation were shown.Preoperative PCAR,RI were associated to ΔAG (AG pre -AG post )significantly.Multiple regression analysis showed that PCAR and RI were related factors of ΔAG.RI affects ΔAG 3 times as significantly as PCAR.ΔAG of the patients with RI≥0.75 was significantly different from that of the patients with RI<0.75. Conclusions RI of prostate blood flow measured by TRUS is a reliable predictor for outcome of TURP.更多还原
