微波外科技术行兔脾部分切除术后病理及超微结构观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨微波外科技术在脾部分切除术中的应用价值。方法 微波组织凝固 (MTC)行兔脾部分切除术 0h、术后 7d和 1 4d分别切取脾脏行病理与电镜检查。结果 光镜下脾组织凝固止血带呈坏死区、致密区和边缘区三个区域。术后 1 4d,纤维隔在组织内形成 ,透射电镜显示脾的网状细胞接近正常 ,细胞线粒体嵴尚不完整。结论 MTC行脾部分切除对脾的损害短期内可修复。微波外科技术行保脾手术是一种有价值的治疗方法

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of microwave tissue coagulation (MTC) technique in the surgical operation of partial splenectomy. Methods The partial splenectomy was performed in 12 rabbits by use of the MTC. Pathological and ultrastructural changes of the salvaged spleen tissues were observed under the electron microscope at 0 hour, 7 and 14 days, respectively, after the operation. Results Light microscopic examination demonstrated that the spleen tissues in the coagulation necrosis region could be categorized as a necrosis zone, a density zone and a marginal zone; Fiber proliferation growing into tissues could be seen on 14 days after the operation. Under the electron microscope, it was shown that the reticular cell was close to its normal condition with their mitochondrial crista still imperfect. Conclusion The damage to the salvaged spleen of rabbits after the surgical operation using MTC can be repaired in a short time. The surgical MTC technique is a valuable treatment method for partial splenectomy.
