【摘要】 [目的]探讨上海市杨浦区结肠癌的流行特征和变化趋势,为制定有效的防治措施提供依据。[方法]通过肿瘤监测网络搜集资料,用国际疾病分类(ICD鄄9)进行编码,用世界标准人口计算标化率和相应统计分析。[结果]结肠癌年均发病率为16.93/10万,男女发病率分别为15.87/10万和18.07/10万,女性高于男性;结肠癌死亡率为9.96/10万,男女死亡率分别为9.79/10万和10.15/10万,男女死亡率无显著性差别,女性发病率、死亡率的上升幅度和速度均超过男性。65岁前年龄别间有显著性差别,性别间无显著性差别;男女发病率和死亡率均呈上升趋势。[结论]结肠癌发病和死亡对中老年的影响日益加剧,对女性尤为突出,需积极寻找相关危险因素,有针对性地采取预防措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the prevalence characteristics and trend of colon cancer in Yangpu Dis-trict,Shanghai and provide effective prevention and treatment according to analytic conclusion.To collect data through the tumor surveillance system and code the colon cancer with taxonomy of inter-national disease(ICD-9).Statistics analysis of adjust ratio using world population was carried out.The average incidence of colon cancer was16.93/10 5 per year.The incidence with male and female were15.87/10 5 and18.07/10 5 .The incidence with female was higher than that with male.The mortality of colon cancer were9.96/10 5 .The mortality with male and female were9.79/10 5 and10.15/10 5 .There was no significant difference in the mortality between gender.The ascending speed and extent of incidence and mortality in the female were higher than these in the male.In population before65years old,there was significant difference between age distributions but no significant difference between gender.Ascend-ing trend in incidence and mortality was found both in male and female.[Conclusions]The incidence and mortality with colon cancer is increasing in the middle age and the elderly,especially for the female.To explore and adopt effective measure for the prevention and control are important.更多还原
