【摘要】 [目的]评价肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效和不良反应。[方法]选用恶性胸腔积液患者38例,于胸腔注入TNF200万U,每周注射2～3次,观察1个月,并与IL-2和力尔凡相比较,评价其疗效和不良反应。[结果]TNF组有效率81.5%(31/38),CR21%(8/38),PR60.5%(23/38),NR18.5%(7/38),不良反应有发热71%(27/38),其中Ⅰ度22.7%(9/38),Ⅱ度44.7%(17/38),Ⅲ度2.6%(1/38);胸痛44.7%(17/38),其中Ⅰ度15.8%(6/38),Ⅱ度15.8%(6/38),Ⅲ度13.1%(5/38)。[结论]TNF可有效治疗恶性胸腔积液,副反应可耐受,临床应用安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of TNF in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.TNF intrapleurally injected with a dose of2million unit for thirty-eight patients with malignant pleural effusion,twice or three times per week.After one month,efficacy and toxicity were evaluat-ed.IL-2and Lierfan differently were administered in control group.The overall response rate of TNF in the treatment for malignant pleural effusion was81.5%(31/38),including CR21%(8/38),PR60.5%(23/38),NR18.5%(7/38).The systemic toxicity was fever in71%(27/38),in whichⅠ 0 ,22.7%(9/38);Ⅱ 0 ,44.7%(17/38)andⅢ 0 ,2.6%(1/38).Pleura pain was found in44.7%(17/38),in whichⅠ 0 ,15.8%(6/38);Ⅱ 0 ,15.8%(6/38)andⅢ 0 ,13.1%(5/38).[Conclusion]TNF in the treatment for malignant pleural effusion is effective with tolerable toxicity.It is safe in clinical for use.更多还原
