【摘要】 [目的]探讨检测血清中IgG/EA在鼻咽癌中的应用价值。[方法]应用间接免疫酶法测定苍梧县健康人和鼻咽癌病人IgG/EA抗体。[结果]3895例健康人抗体阳性率为2.1%,GMT为1∶6.4;118例初诊鼻咽癌病人抗体阳性率为90.7%,GMT为1∶36.8,差异显著(P<0.05)。18例经治疗无瘤生存病人抗体阳性率27.8%,GMT1∶4.8。[结论]IgG/EA抗体检测可作为鼻咽癌诊断和预后判断的辅助指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the risk factors of esophageal cancer in countryside.A popula-tion-based case-control study was conducted on204cases and397controls.Data was analysed by SAS soft-ware to calculate the relative risks.It was found that elder age,low culture degree,low income per month,irregular eating habit,quick eating,more pickled and acrid food intake,lower body mass index(BMI),smoking,alcoholic drinking,vigor mental-trauma,history of upper digestive disease,markedly increased the risks of developing esophageal cancer,while drinking tea,always cheerful were the factors of protecting.[Conclu-sion]It is necessary prevent above-mentioned risk factors.更多还原
