【摘要】 目的　了解健康中老年人外周血淋巴细胞热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )的基础表达情况及其是否可用于评估该年龄段人群在各种应激状态下对抗不良环境、疾病的能力。　方法　选择 10 2例健康中老年人 ,男性 5 2例 ,女性 5 0例 ,按年龄分为 40～ 49岁、5 0～ 5 9岁、60～ 69岁及 70～ 79岁4个组。分别抽取每人静脉血各 5ml,分离淋巴细胞 ,采用固定化蛋白质的免疫学测定 (Western印迹法 )检测其外周血淋巴细胞中HSP70。　结果　年龄与HSP70存在显著性相关关系 ,4个年龄组HSP70的含量 (积分光密度 )分别为 198 11± 77 72、168 3 3± 60 0 8、113 69± 3 4 12及 72 5 8±2 6 3 3 ,各组之间比较 ,差异具有显著性。建立“最优”回归方程为Y(HSP70 ) =3 64 81- 4 0 6X2 (年龄 ) ,即随年龄的增加HSP70表达逐渐降低。　结论　测定健康中老年人外周血HSP70的基础表达水平可作为该年龄段人群应激能力、健康状况的评价指标之一 ,用于评估人体在各种应激状态下对抗不良环境、疾病的能力更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in peripheral blood lymphocytes in healthy middle and old aged people, and to analyze the relationship between the HSP70 and sex and/or age, and to appraise the ability of resisting harmful circumstance and diseases in healthy people at this age bracket under various stress conditions Methods A total of 102 healthy middle and old aged people(52 males and 50 females) were selected and divided into 4 groups: 40 49 years, 50 59 years, 60 69years, and 70 79 years 5 ml of peripheral blood was used for separating lymphocytes; Western blot was used for determing the level of HSP70 Results Age was significantly related with HSP70 level negatively The HSP70 level in 4 groups was198 11±77 72, 168 33±60 08, 113 69±34 12 and 72 58±26 33 integral optical density, respectively, and the optimal regression equation was expressed as Y (HSP70)=364 81-4 06 X 2 (age) The expression of HSP70 reduced gradually in healthy middle and old aged people along with aging Conclusions HSP70 can be used as one of the markers for appraising the stress ability and the healthy status in middle and old aged people, and it can also be used for appraising the ability to resist harmful circumstance and diseases in healthy people at this age bracket under various stress conditions更多还原
