【摘要】 目的探讨食管癌穿孔并发呼吸道瘘的外科手术治疗方法。方法总结外科手术治疗 6例食管癌穿孔并发呼吸道瘘的临床资料。结果本组无并发症发生 ,5例痊愈出院 ,饮食正常 ,呼吸道症状明显好转 ,1例保守治疗 2周后死亡。结论对于食管癌仅侵犯呼吸道而无远处转移 ,且能耐受开胸手术的病例 ,积极的外科手术治疗能提高患者生活质量 ,延长生存期 ,效果明显 ,优于一般保守治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method of surgical treatment of perforation complicated with respiratory tract fistula in esophageal carcinoma patients. Methods The clinical data of surgical therapy in 6 cases of perforation of esophageal carcinoma complicated with respiratory tract fistula since 10 years were summarized. Results There was no operational death. 5 patients dedarged from hospital because they had normal dietary and improved respiratory tract symptoms.and only 1 received conservative treatment but died of multiple organ failure two weeks later. Conclusion Active operation can improve patient′s living quality, prolong their survival time and pave the way of radio-chemotherapy when tumor tissue invasion is limited within certain area of esophagus and respiration tract and without remote metastasis, which is apparently effective and superior to the general treatment.更多还原
