【摘要】 目的探索胸骨正中劈开径路理想的皮肤切口。方法根据Brom乳房下横切口的原理 ,设计并采用Y形皮肤切口胸骨正中劈开法施行手术 5 3例 ,其中手术切除各类前纵隔肿瘤 5 1例 ,治疗双侧同时性气胸 2例。结果全组病例手术切口均I期愈合 ,无胸骨感染、坏死或裂开 ,皮肤瘢痕纤细、隐蔽 ,患者易接受。结论Y形皮肤切口胸骨正中劈开法具有操作便捷、愈合牢靠、术野显露应变自如 ,以及符合美观需求等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the skin incision of the median sternotomy. Methods Based on the principles of Brom’s transverse submammary skin incision, Y-shaped skin incision for the median sternotomy were performed in 53 patients of whom,2 cases were treated for simultaneous bilateral pneumothorax and 51 cases with anterior mediastial tumor were placed on operation for resection. Results All incisions healed in I stage with fine scar. There was no sterno infection, sclerosis or dehiscence. The scar was fine and hidden so that the patients were ready to accept. Results Y-shaped skin incision is easy to operate and reliable to heal, with less traumatic but cosmetic advantages besides giving adequate exposure for procedures.更多还原
