【Abstract】 Objective To introduce a new method of neuroendoscope-assisted ventriculo-peritoneal shunt for the treatment of hydrocephalus. Methods Operative method, its advantages and the considerations during the operation were studied retrospectively in 12 cases. Results An excellent operative results were got in 11 cases. Adjustment of shunt was performed in 1 case because of obstruction of shunt. Conclusion Neuroendoscope-assisted ventriculo-peritoneal shunt is safe, effective, with less complications.更多还原
