【摘要】 目的　探讨利用鼻翼基部内侧组织瓣修复单侧完全性宽唇裂的方法。方法　选择单侧完全性唇裂 78例 ,手术时确保健患侧唇边长相等 ,利用患侧鼻翼基部内侧组织瓣增加患侧唇高 ,使健患侧的唇高对称。其余操作同“Millard”术式。结果　 66例术后健、患侧上唇对称 ,唇高及唇边长两侧相等 ,瘢痕不明显 ,唇珠形态好 ,术后 1 5年复诊 ,84 6 %效果比较理想 ;1 0例术后效果一般 ;2例需Ⅱ期修复。结论　对于较宽的单侧完全性唇裂 ,利用翼基部内侧组织瓣代偿组织缺损 ,是又一种行之有效的修复方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study use of nasal lining flap in correction of the wide complete unilateral cleft lip.Methods 78 patients with wide complete cleft lip were. operated, firstly to be sure. That the lip length on both sides was equal. Then the nasal lining flap was used to enhance the height of the lip on cleft side for keeping symmtry with the non cleft side. The rest of procedures was the same as "Millard" method. Results 84.6 percent of patients had good appearance at one and half years after surgery. Conclusions It is an effective way to take advanlage of the nasal lining flap to correct the wide complete unilateral cleft lip.更多还原
