下尖牙三维有限元模型的建立与应力分析
Three-dimensional finite element analysis of lower cuspid
【摘要】 目的:建立下尖牙的三维有限元模型,分析正畸力作用下尖牙的应力分布特点。方法:利用DICOM数据建模法,建立下尖牙的三维有限元模型,模拟力学实验。结果:建立了下尖牙的三维有限元模型,不同载荷时牙根表面应力分布表现出不同的特点。结论:利用DICOM数据建模法,可建立良好的三维有限元正畸力学实验模型,单个力作用于牙冠表面时,牙齿呈倾斜移动的应力分布模式。
【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the 3-D FEM model of lower cuspid and analyze the stress distribution of lowercuspid applied wiht orthodontic force. Methods: A 3-D FEM model of lower cuspid was established by using DICOMdata and stimulant mechanical experiment was carried out on the model. Results: A good 3-D FEM model of lower cuspidwas established. Different stress distributions of lower cuspid were presented when different forces were applied. Conclusion:The 3-D FEM model established through DICOM data showed excellent geometry similarity. When a single force wasimposed on the surface of crown, stress distribution showed a tipping movement pattern.
