【摘要】 介绍了研制的多工位电动螺栓拧紧机 ,利用气动实现其多工位选择 ,动力采用交流伺服电机 ,经三级减速装置减速增矩后带动扳手头 ,硬件采用研华工控机及各类接口板卡 ,软件用VB编写 ,控制系统采用闭环控制 ,该辅机减少了工人劳动强度 ,提高了生产效率 ,实现了螺栓扭矩和转角高精度控制以及拧紧机的智能化、网络化更多还原
