胰高糖素负荷试验的血糖P-B值用于评价肝硬化患者肝功能状况的价值

【摘要】 <正> 肝硬化患者胰高糖素负荷后的血糖反应能力减弱,且随着肝硬化患者病情严重程度的增加而减弱[1],血糖峰值浓度与基础浓度之差(血糖P-B值,BGP-B)与肝硬化患者的肝功能状况密切相关[2]。胰高糖素负荷试验(GLT)的血糖P-B值可能用于评价肝硬化患者的肝功能状况,我们对此进行了研究。 1.资料与方法:(1)研究对象:41例肝硬化患者,按1990
