【摘要】 目的　探讨CT增强延时扫描对肾损伤诊断的临床价值。方法　对 9例肾损伤病人行螺旋CT普通扫描、增强扫描和增强延时扫描。结果　CT普通扫描显示肾轮廓不规则 5例 ,肾包膜下血肿 3例 ,肾周积血 2例。CT增强扫描和延时扫描不仅显示普通扫描所见 ,而且显示外伤性假性动脉瘤形成 1例 ,肾收集系统损伤导致尿外瘘 2例 ,肾皮质穿通伤伴局限性肾包膜下陈旧积血 1例 ,肾皮质裂伤 1例 ,肾积水破裂导致腹腔积液 1例。结论　CT增强延时扫描在肾损伤、尤其是收集系统损伤的诊断中很有价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of enhanced and delayed CT scans in the diagnosis of renal trauma. Methods Plain spiral CT, enhanced CT, and delayed enhanced CT scans were performed in 9 cases of renal injuries. Results Plain spiral CT clearly displayed the marginal irregularity of the kidney in 5 cases, subcapsular hematoma in 3 cases, and perinephric hemorrhage in 2 cases. Enhanced and delayed CT scan not only showed what have been presented in the plain CT scans but also demonstrated 1 case of renal false aneurysm caused by trauma, 2 cases of external fistula of urine due to injury of collecting system, 1 case of penetrating trauma of the renal cortex, 1 case of gaping wound of the renal cortex, and 1 cases of intraperitoneal fluid owing to disruption of hydrocalycosis. Conclusion Enhanced and delayed CT scan is of important value in the diagnosis of renal trauma, especially in those with injuries in collecting systems.更多还原
