【摘要】 目的　研究胆固醇结石病人和非胆固醇结石病人肝组织SCP2 mRNA的表达情况。方法　应用逆转录 聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)技术 ,研究了 36例胆固醇结石病人和 30例非胆固醇结石病人肝组织SCP2 mRNA的表达水平。结果　胆固醇结石组SCP2 mRNA表达水平较非胆固醇结石组升高 ,差异有显著性。结论　胆固醇结石病人肝组织SCP2 mRNA表达水平升高 ,SCP2 基因表达过度可能是胆固醇结石形成的重要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression level of liver sterol carrier protein 2 (SCP 2) mRNA in cholesterol gallstone patients and non cholesterol gallstone patients. Methods The expression of liver SCP 2 mRNA was determined in 36 cholesterol gallstone patients and 30 non cholesterol gallstone patients by RT PCR. Results The expression of SCP 2 mRNA was significantly increased in cholesterol gallstone patients as compared with the non cholesterol gallstone patients. Conclusions SCP 2 gene is overexpressed in cholesterol gallstone patients, indicating that SCP 2 may be one important cause of cholesterol gallstone.更多还原
