【Abstract】 Calcium carbonate especially for high-quality cigarette paper was manufactured by precipitation process. Papermaking trial of the precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) in laboratory proved that this kind of product used as the filler in high-quality cigarette paper can improve the porosity, brightness of the paper and filler retention. The results of PCC in terms of chemical/ physical properties and particle size distribution reveal that this is a kind of good quality special calcium carbonate for high-quality cigarette paper.更多还原
