马尾松热磨机械浆增强聚丙烯复合材料优化设计
Optimum Design of Masson’ s Pine Thermomechanical Pulp Reinforced Polypropylene Composite
【摘要】 研究了马尾松热磨机械浆(TMP)增强聚丙烯复合材料的力学性能、热学性能、加工性能。用多元统计分析中的主要成分分析法优化设计马尾松热磨机械浆增加聚丙烯复合材料,合理地确定多项性能兼优的最佳纤维含量。采用扫描电镜分析了复合材料的界面微观结构。
【Abstract】 The properties of Masson’s pine thermomechanical pulp reinforced polypropylene composite, such as mechanical property, thermal property and processing fluidity, were studies in this paper. The optimum fiber proportion of Masson’ s pine thermomechanical pulp reinforced polypropylene composite could be determined accurately by optimum design method of main composition analysis. At the same time, microstructure of the composite was analyzed by scanning electronic microscopy.
