铝改性微粒硅溶胶的研制及其性能

【摘要】 采用强酸性磺酸型阳离子交换树脂酸化硅酸钠溶液制备硅溶胶,用铝盐对硅溶胶进行金属改性,研究了制备过程中的各种影响因素,找出最佳制备条件:用碱量8%,熟化温度12℃,熟化时间90min,改性程度15%,改性温度24℃,反应时间60min。

【Abstract】 In this paper sililca sol was prepared by treating sodium silicate with cation exchange resin and further modified with aluminate, this process was very simple and the production was stable and without Na+. The effects of the different factors on the preparation were studied. It was found that the optimum conditions for silica sol preparation were alkali dosage 8%, ageing temperature 12℃, ageing time 90min; and the optimum conditions of alumina modification were : the percentage of alumina on silica 15%, modified temperature 24℃, modified time 60min. Silica sol modified with aluminate had high concentration of about 5% and it was a better retention and drainage aid than one similar imported product. Further work will be continued in order to get higher concentration of about 15% therefore to make the production commercialization.
