【摘要】 研究了以半漂落叶松碱性亚硫酸盐-蒽醌法(AS-AQ)浆代替针叶木漂白硫酸盐浆(NBKP)与白松酸性亚硫酸盐浆(SP)的混合长纤维浆料配抄新闻纸的情况。结果表明,落叶松AS-AQ浆具有较高的撕裂强度,打浆度为22°SR时,其撕裂强度可与NBKP相媲美。生产试验的结果表明,用25%落叶松AS-AQ浆,代替31%混合浆料(NBKP8%,白松SP23%),可以使新闻纸的撕裂强度提高21%～23%,其他质量指标不变或有所提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Semibleached alkaline sulfite-anthraquinone larch pulp(AS-AQ)is used as a substitute for the mixed long fiber pulp of NBKP and NBSP in newsprint furnish.Results showed that the tear strength of larch AS-AQ pulp is higher and its tear strength is comparable to NBKP when its beating degree is around22°SR.Results of full scale test showed that the use of25%larch AS-AQ pulp to take the place of31%the mixed long fiber pulp(8%NBKP and23%NBSP)can increase the tear strength of the resultant newsprint by21%～23%,and other properties will not change or increase to some extent.更多还原
