【摘要】 目的 :研究黄鳞多孔菌子实体的化学成分。方法 :采用硅胶柱层析进行分离 ,通过理化常数测定和波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果 :分离鉴定了 6个化合物 ,脑苷脂B(Ⅰ ) ,脑苷脂D(Ⅱ ) ,麦角甾醇过氧化物 (Ⅲ ) ,9(11) 脱氢麦角甾醇过氧化物 (Ⅳ ) ,甘露醇 (Ⅴ )和软脂酸 1 甘油脂 (Ⅳ )。结论 :化合物Ⅰ ,Ⅱ及Ⅴ为首次从该属真菌中分得。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Polyporus ellissi . Method: Silica gel column chromatography was applied for the isolation and purification of the constituents. The structures were established by means of spectroscopic and chemical data. Result: Six compounds were obtained and identified as cerebroside B(Ⅰ), cerebroside D(Ⅱ), ergosterol peroxide(Ⅲ), 9(11)-dehydroergosterol peroxide(Ⅳ), mannitol(Ⅴ)and palmitate-1-glycerol(Ⅳ)。Conclusion: Compounds(Ⅰ) and(Ⅱ) were isolated from the genus Polyporus for the first time.更多还原
