光叶桑化学成分研究
Studies on Chemical Constituents from the Bark of Moms macroura
【摘要】 目的:研究光叶桑Morus macroura茎皮的化学成分。方法:硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,薄层色谱及波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到5个三萜化合物,经理化及波谱数据分析确定为:α-amyrin acetate(1),gult-5-en-3β-yl acetate(2),3β-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid(3),3β-hydroxylup-12-en-28-oic acid(4),butyrospermol acetate(5)。结论:5个化合物均为首次从该植物中得到。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the bark of Morus macroura. Method: The compounds were isolated with silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical evidences and spectral analysis (IR,EI-MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR). Result: Five compounds were identified as a-amyrin acetate (1), gult-5-en-3β-yl acetate (2), 3β-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid (3), 3β-hydroxylup-12-en-28-oic acid (4),butyrospermol acetate(5).
