【摘要】 目的　 观察乳痛散配合推按运经仪离子导入外治对乳腺增生病乳房疼痛和肿块的临床疗效。 方法　 将 12 9例乳腺增生病患者随机分为 3组 ,以乳痛散通过推按运经仪离子导入外治 6 9例 12 4乳 ,单用推按运经仪外治 30例 5 2乳 ,乳康片口服治疗 30例 5 6乳 ,分别对乳房疼痛和肿块进行临床疗效对照研究。 结果 　乳痛散离子导入外治法 ,对乳房疼痛痊愈率和总有效率分别为 6 5 32 %和 96 77%,与其它两组对比有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。对乳房肿块痊愈率为 17 74%,与其它两组对比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;而总有效率为 92 74%,与其它两组对比则有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。 结论　 乳痛散配合推按运经仪离子导入外治法 ,对乳腺增生病的乳房疼痛有较明显的改善作用 ,对乳房肿块也有一定的消散作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect on pain and lump in mammary gland hyerplasia treated with instrument of running meridian and Rutong San(乳痛散) Methods On hundred and twenty nine patients with mammary gland hyperplasia were randomly divided into three groups:69 patients(124 mammas)were introduced ions with the instrument of running meridian with Rutong San;30 patients(52 mammas)were treated with the instrument of running meridian only;30 patients(56 mammas)treated with Rukang(乳康) tablets.Results The fully recovery rate and the overall effective rate of introduced ion with instrument of running meridian and Rutong San were 65.32% and 96 77% respectively,significantly different from the control group( P <0 01).For the lump in the breast,the fully recovery rate was 17.7%,significantly different from the control ( P <0 05).the total effective rate was 92.74%,significantly different from the control( P <0 01). Conclusion For mammary gland hyperplasia ,the xeno-therapeusis with instrument of running meridian with Rutong San can effectively improve symptoms and signs of pain and lump in the breast.更多还原
