【摘要】 目的:评价CPVF方案治疗晚期食管癌的疗效和安全性,并和PVB经典方案在疗效、不良反应和药物经济学上相比较。方法:CPVF方案:VDS3mg/m2d1、8,CF25mg/m2d1～5,5-FU0.5/m2d1～5,DDP25mg/m2d1～3,每4周重复;2个周期后评价疗效。结果:42例中,有效率为54.8%(95%CI:43.7%～69.9%),中位生存期10个月,1年和2年生存率分别为40.5%和12.1%。不良反应主要是白细胞下降和恶心、呕吐,分别为55.5%和34.5%;其中Ⅲ/Ⅳ级各为12.7%和17.2%。结论:CPVF方案治疗晚期食管癌疗效满意,不良反应可耐受,推荐临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evalute the clinical response and adverse reaction of CPVF regi-men treating the patients with advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:CPVF regimen:VDS3mg /m 2 d1、8,CF25mg /m 2 d1～5,5-FU0.5/m 2 d1～5,DDP25mg /m 2 d1～3,q4w.Results:The over-all re sponse rate was54.8%in42patients,the median survival time was10months,the one year survival was40.5%,the2-year survival was12.1%.The main side effects were neutrotoxici-ty and nausea and vomitting.Conclusion:This regimen is effective and tolerated on the patients with advanced esophageal cancer.更多还原
