【摘要】 目的:探讨HIU及HIU联合阿霉素(3mg/kg)治疗晚期移植性子宫内膜VX2肿瘤的有效性。方法:41只新西兰大白兔于子宫内膜移植肿瘤后14天随机分为4组,HIU(n=10),HIU联合阿霉素(n=11),阿霉素(n=10),对照组(n=10),比较各组兔的存活时间及治愈率。结果:各治疗组的中位存活时间较对照组明显延长(P<0.05),而HIU联合阿霉素的中位生存时间又明显长于HIU组及阿霉素组;阿霉素组及对照组治愈率均为0,而HIU及HIU联合阿霉素治愈率分别为10%,20%。结论:HIU治疗能延长晚期移植性子宫内膜肿瘤兔的存活期,与阿霉素联合其疗效增加,两者联合应用有望提高晚期子宫内膜癌的存活率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object iv e:To evaluate the effectiveness of HIU(H)alone and in combination with adriam ycin(3mg/kg)(HA)therapy on the transplanted endometrial neoplasm.Methods :Four-ty-one rabbits14days after the transplantation of endometrial tumor were randomly divided into four groups.The HIU group(H,n=10)and the HIU combined with adriamycin group(HA,n=10),the adriamycin group(A,n=11 )and the control group(C,n=10).The survival time and the cure rates wer e examined and compared with each other.Results:The medium survival time in t he H,A and HA groups was longer than that in the control group(P<0.01). The HA group survived significantly longer than groups A and H(P<0.05).N o rabbit in group A and group C survived.In group HA and group H,the cure rat es were20%and10%respectively.Conclusion:HIU therapy might prolong the s urvival time of the rabbit with advanced-stage endometrial carcinoma,when com bined with adriamycin,the efficacy was enhanced.So HIU combined with adriamyci n might be beneficial in the treatment of advanced-stage endometrial carcinom a.更多还原
