【摘要】 目的 分析和总结高龄大肠癌患者围手术期的特点及处理。方法 回顾分析1994年6月～2001年6月102例年龄超过65岁经手术治疗的大肠癌患者的临床资料。结果 102例高龄大肠癌患者有68例(66.7％)并存其他疾病,术后并发症28例(27.5％),围手术期死亡6例(5.9％)。结论 高龄大肠癌患者并存病多,术后并发症及死亡率高。加强围手术期处理,可降低并发症的发生率和手术死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and summarize the perioperative characters and treatment in elder patients with colorectal cancer. Methods The clinical date of colorectal cancer in 102 patients over 65 years of age from June 1994 to June 2001 were retrospectively analyzed.Result Sixty-eight cases (66.7%) suffered from other disease in the 102 patients. Twenty-eight cases (27.5%) had postoperative complication, and 6 (5.9%) patients died in perioperation. Conclusion The elder patients with colorectal cancer commonly had other disease. The rates of complication and death were high in elder patients. Strengthening the management of perioperation can decrease the postoperative complication and rate of operative death.更多还原
