【摘要】 目的 用¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP联合帕米膦酸二钠及强的松治疗多发性骨转移瘤,以观察该方法的疗效、毒副作用,从而证实综合治疗多发性骨转移瘤的效果。方法 随机入组80例多发性骨转移瘤患者,分别给予¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP联合帕米膦酸二钠和强的松及单用¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP治疗,对照并观察疗效及毒性。结果 ¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP联合帕米膦酸二钠和强的松组及单用¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP组的止痛有效率分别为90.0%和70.0%（P<0.05）,骨病变影像好转率分别为40.0%和17.5%（P<0.05）,而毒副反应差异无显著性。结论 ¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP联合帕米膦酸二钠和强的松治疗多发性骨转移瘤,在缓解疼痛、改善生活质量方面有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect and toxicities of Samarium-153-EDTMP(153 Sm-EDT-MP) combined with pamidronate disodium and prednisone in treating disseminated bony metastases. Methods Eighty cases with disseminated bony metastases were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated by 153Sm-EDTMP combined with pamidronate disodium and prednisone, and the other was treated only by 153 Sm-EDT-MP.The efficacy and toxicities were observed. Results The remission rate of bone-ache with 153 Sm-EDTMP in combination with Bonin and prednisone was 90.0% ,and the rate of single 153 Sm-EDTMP was 70.0% .The rate of repair for bony metastases in the image was 40.0 % and 17.5% respectively, but the toxicities did not have marked difference. Conclusion The disseminated bony metastases treated by 153 Sm-EDTMP in combination with pamidronate disodium and prednisone has marked effect on remitting of bone-ache and improving the quality of life.更多还原
