【摘要】 目的 评价血清中透明质酸酶在卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断、术后监测中的应用价值。方法采用ELISA-like方法检测了卵巢恶性肿瘤患者术前血清、术后随访血清中透明质酸酶的活性。结果 卵巢恶性肿瘤患者治疗前血清透明质酸酶活性高于良性肿瘤;随访血透明质酸酶活性复发组较未复发组升高。结论 透明质酸酶活性检测对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断及监测复发有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate hyaluronidase activity in diagnosis and postoperative surveillance for the patients with ovarian malignant neoplasm. Methods Hyaluronidase activity in 100 serum specimens were determined by ELBA-like assay. Results The hyaluronidase activity in sera of patients with ovarian malignant neoplasm before surgery was significantly higher than that with benign neoplasm. The hyaluronidase activity in sera of patients in relapse was significantly higher than that in no relapse group during follow-up period. Conclusion Hyaluronidase in serum might be new markers for diagnosis and postoperative surveillance patients with ovarian malignant neoplasm.更多还原
