【摘要】 目的 探讨乳管内乳头状瘤治疗的最佳术式。方法 对52例乳管内乳头状瘤的治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 23例通过解剖溢血性液的乳管显露肿瘤再扩大范围切除范围,其中20例术中准确地找到了术前不被扪及的肿瘤;21例行腺段切除9例病检时找到肿瘤;6例行单纯乳房切除术,仅3例病检时找到肿块。结论 以解剖法切除肿瘤是乳管人乳头状瘤的最佳手术方式,尤适合不能扪及肿块的中青年患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the best surgical method for treatment of intraductal papilloma of the breast.Methods The therapeutic effects of 52 cases with intraductal papilloma of breast were retrospectively analyzed . Results Twenty-three cases were found to have preoperative impalpable tumor during operation, and 20 cases among them were operated through sufficient dissecting the duct to expose the tumor and then extended its resection area. Twenty-one cases underwent lobectomy of breast, and 9 of them were confirmed to have tumor through pathological examination.Six cases underwent simple mastectomy, only 3 cases of them were found to have tumor through pathological examination. Conclusion The best surgical treatment for intraductal papilloma of breast is using dissecting method to resect the tumor and its mammary duct.This is specially useful for middle-aged or young patients,in whom the tumor mass can not be found.更多还原
