【摘要】 目的 :评估手法复位、三角形外固定器治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组 2 5例患者 ,采用手法复位三角形外固定器治疗 ,对照组 2 4例患者 ,予撬拨复位石膏外固定。两组病例均获得随访 ,比较两组疗效 ,进行统计分析。结果 :治疗组优良率 88% ,高于对照组的 62 .5 % ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,差异具有统计学意义。结论 :与对照组比较 ,手法复位、三角形外固定器治疗跟骨关节内骨折 ,是一种非常有效的方法 ,它具有复位满意固定牢靠的特点 ,患者可较早期的主动活动 ,因此并发症可降低到最小程度 ,跟骨功能可获得满意恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of manual reduction and triangular external fixation on intra-articular fractures of calcaneous.Methods:Manual reduction and triangular external fixation devices were applied in the treatment group (25 gases).In the control group 24 Patients were treated needle prying and plaster fixation.All cases were followed up.Then comparing the effect of treatment.The level of significance was set at 0.05.Results: The excellent and good rate 88% in the treatment group are significantly higher than control group 62.5%.Conclusion:Comparing to the control,manual reduction and triangular external fixation is a very effective method for treatment of intra-articulate fractures of calcareous.It has the features of satisfaction of reduction and stable fixation.The patients can mobile actively and early,So the complications can be reduced to the lest and the function be recovered satisfied.更多还原
