【摘要】 目的 :探讨手法推拿治疗急性骶髂关节损伤的治疗及其优势。方法 :取骶髂关节损伤患者 5 4例 ,随机分为手法推拿组 2 1例 (治疗组 ) ;休息、理疗和药物治疗组 3 3例 (对照组 )。结果 :治疗组治愈率 71 .4% ,总有效率 1 0 0 % ;对照组治愈率 3 9.4% ,总有效率 90 .9%。两者经统计学处理有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :手法推拿疗效优于休息、理疗和药物治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find out the therapeuctic effectiveness and its dominance in treating acute sacro-illiac joint injury by maneuver.Methods:54 cases with sacro-iliac joint injury were divided into two groups by random,one group was maneuver group (therapeuctic group),21cases;the other group(control group )including rest therapy, physiotherapy and pharmacotherapy ,33cases.Results:The curative rate in therapeutic group was 71.4%,total effective rate was 100%;the curative rate in control group was 39.4%,total effective rate was 90.9%.All of quantitative data was analyzed statistically. There was significant difference between them (p<0.005). Conclusion:The therapeutic effectiveness of the maneuver therapy is more dominant than that of the rest therapy ,physiotherapy and pharmacotherapy.更多还原
