【摘要】 目的 :观察腋路臂神经丛阻滞病患的良导络值变化。方法 :以 2 0位麻醉病患为受测者 ,在右侧腋路臂神经丛阻滞前后分别使用SD 80 2P良导络经络检测系统测量纪录手足左右 2 4个代表点电性数值。结果 :接受腋路臂神经丛阻滞患者之良导络值并无显著变化 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :经络现象包括了神经系统的生理活动 ,但不能以神经系统的生理活动完全解释经络学说。可以运用良导络测量系统监测经络变化来研究麻醉及手术病患的经络穴位电性变化更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe changes of Ryodoraku values of t he meridian in the patient with axillary nerve block. Methods I n the 20 patients, the conductivity of meridians on the 24 selected acupoints on the hand and foot before and after axillary nerve block were determined with a S D-802P Ryodoraku device. Results The Ryodoraku values did not significantly change in the patient received axillary nerve block (P>0 05). Conclusion Activities of the meridian system are associated w ith physiologic activities of the nervous system, but meridian theories can not be completely explained only by physiological activities of the nervous system, and monitoring of the Ryodoraku values of the meridians can be used for study o f changes of the conductivity of acupoints of meridians in the anesthetized and operated patients.更多还原
