【摘要】 目的 :探讨针灸疗法对头痛是否有效。方法 :按照循证医学的要求全面检索了国内相关医学文献数据库 ,共纳入随机对照试验 1 3篇 ,对其中 9篇偏头痛文献进行了Meta 分析。结果 :9篇试验的合并OR =3 0 3,95%CI:[2 1 2 ,4 35] ,针刺组对偏头痛的治疗效果优于对照组 (χ2 =6 0 3 ,P<0 0 1 )。结论 :从国内的临床文献来看 ,针灸治疗偏头痛有效 ,对其它类型的头痛疗效尚不确定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore therapeutic effects of acupunc ture and moxibustion on headache. Methods The data base of relevant medical literature at home we re comprehensively retrieved according to requirement of evidence-based medicin e ; altogether, 13 papers about randomized controlled trial were enrolled and amon g them, meta-analysis was made in 9 papers about migraine. Results Merged OR=3 03, 95%CI:[2 12,4 35] in the 9 pape rs , the acupuncture group in therapeutic effect on migraine was better than the co ntrol group (χ 2=6 03, P<0 01). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is effective f or migraine, but the therapeutic effect still is not definite for other type hea dache on basis of clinical literature at home.更多还原
