【摘要】 目的 :介绍近年来临床上用针刺疗法治疗慢性炎症疾病对体内炎症介质影响的研究进展。方法 :从细胞因子、氧自由基、溶酶体酶、花生四烯酸代谢产物、一氧化氮 (NO)和P物质等不同方面 ,综述针刺治疗对主要炎症介质调控的文献报道。结论 :针刺是通过对炎症介质合成、分泌的调控来调节免疫系统 ,实现对慢性炎症性疾病的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce advances of clinical studies on effects of acupuncture treatment on inflammatory media in the patient of chronic inflammation in recent years. Methods Review the literature and reports about the effects of acupuncture treatment on inflammatory media, cytokines, oxygen free radicals, lysosomal enzymes, metabolites of arachidonic acid, nitric oxide and substance P. Conclusion Acupuncture adjusts the immune system possibly through regulating synthesis and secretion of inflammatory media, so as to exert therapeutic effects on chronic inflammatory diseases.更多还原
