【摘要】 目的 :观察火针治疗痹症的临床疗效。方法 :采用火针疗法治疗痹症 175例 ,同时设立毫针对照组 2 19例。结果 :火针组总治愈率及总有效率分别达到 86 3%和 97 7% ,毫针组分别为 78 1%和94 1%。 2组治疗 3次有效率、平均治愈时间对比 ,火针组明显优于毫针组 ,差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。病程超过 3年时 ,火针组疗效优于毫针组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,3年以内则差异无显著性意义。结论 :火针治疗痹症有显著而肯定的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of fire-needle therapy on arthralgia syndrome. Methods 175 cases of arthralgia syndrome were treated with fire-needle therapy as treatment group, and 219 cases were treated by filiform needle as control group. Results The total cured rate and the total effective rate were 86.3% and 97.7% in the treatment group and 78.1% and 94.1% in the control group, respectively. The treatment group in the 3-time effective rate and the average cured time was significantly superior to the control group ( P <0.01); the therapeutic effect in the treatment group for the patient with a course over 3 years was better than that in the control group ( P <0.05), but no significant difference for the patient with a course within 3 years. Conclusion Fire-needle therapy has significant and definite therapeutic effect on arthralgia syndrome.更多还原
