【摘要】 目的 :寻找促进环状混合痔术后康复的最佳方法。方法 :将 95例环状混合痔患者随机分成针刺治疗组、西药治疗组和空白对照组 ,观察术后肛门疼痛、便后出血、肛门水肿及切口愈合等 4个项目。结果 :针刺治疗组肛门水肿程度与空白对照组比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,其余 3个观察项目差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,针刺治疗组明显优于西药治疗组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :针刺对环状混合痔术后康复有明显的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the best method for promoting postoperative rehabilitation of annular mixed hemorrhoid. Methods 95 cases of annular mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group, western medicine treatment group and blank control group. Postoperative anal pain, hematochezia, anal edema and the time for healing of incisional wound were investigated. Results There were significant differences in anal pain, hematochezia and the time for healing of incisional wound ( P <0.01), but no significant difference in anal edema between the acupuncture treatment group and the blank control group ( P >0.05). And the acupuncture treatment group in improvement of anal pain and hematochezia, and the time for healing of incisional wound were superior to the western medicine treatment group ( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture has an obvious promoting action on postoperative rehabilitation of annular mixed hemorrhoid.更多还原
