督脉电针治疗大鼠全横断性脊髓损伤的实验研究
Experimental study on treatment of spinal cord transection by electroacupuncture at the Governor Vessel in the rat
【摘要】 目的 :探讨督脉电针对大鼠全横断性脊髓损伤的行为和结构修复的影响。方法 :用BBB评分法和爬网格试验检测全横断性脊髓损伤及督脉电针治疗后大鼠的运动功能 ,荧光金逆行标记法检测再生神经元 ,用生长相关蛋白 43 (GAP 43 )免疫组织化学法观察脊髓损伤区周围神经元GAP 43的表达。结果 :督脉电针治疗后大鼠后肢运动功能有明显地恢复 ,损伤区脊髓组织退变减轻 ,躯体感觉运动区内锥体细胞层及红核内的神经元密度增大 ,脊髓组织内GAP 43阳性神经元增多 ,在脊髓横断头侧端灰质内、躯体运动感觉区及红核内有少量被标记细胞。结论 :督脉电针治疗可减轻脊髓损伤后的继发性损伤 ,促进脊髓下行纤维再生和脊髓功能恢复
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Governor Vessel electroacupuncture therapy on behaviours and structures of the spinal cord transected rats. Methods The motor functions were detected by methods of BBB score and climbing onto inclined grids. The regenerated neurons were retrograde traced with fluorescent gold (FG). The GAP 43 positive neurons in the injured area of the spinal cord were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results After electroacupuncture at the Governor Vessel, all of the motor function of the hind limbs restored significantly, and the degeneration of the spinal cord alleviated, the densities of neurons in the red nucleus and the inner pyramidal layer of the sensory and motor cortex increased. And there were more GAP 43 positive neurons in the spinal cord nearby the transected site. Conclusion Electroacupuncture at the Governor Vessel can alleviate the secondary damage after the spinal cord injury, and promote the regeneration of the spinal cords efferent fibers and the recovery of the motor function.
